  • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check-out is by 10 am.
  • Please do not arrive before check-in or delay your departure after check-out time.

  • Private driveway with two parking spaces and a one-stall garage.

  • In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation.

  • Dogs only unless otherwise detailed in listing (cats are not included in the standard pet policy).
  • Up to two pets total at one time; no weight restrictions.
  • The first dog is included in the price of the rental.
  • Additional pets are subject to an additional payment and restrictions.
  • Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.
